While that’s all in good fun, other spooky sights and sounds around your home might not be. For example, maybe you are spooked by a toilet that has suddenly started making strange noises, or you hear a dripping sound from a faucet in the middle of the night that sends shivers up your spine. Oil and Gas Capital Spending

Oil and gas capital spending better but far from great

As expected, oil and gas extraction capital spending in Canada has improved since the lows reached last year due to the oil price crash and the onset of the pandemic.

Seasonally adjusted spending by oil and gas companies in the second quarter was 46.4% higher than during the same period last year for an increase of $1.8 billion.

There is still some catching up to do with spending over the first half of the year down by 10.3% ($1.3 billion), but forecasts suggest that the difference will be made up over the second half of the year.

Stucco repairs

I think agents should do more than just open doors.  Be able to explain the home, from the shingles to the foundation.  To do more than just show where to sign a purchase contract.

 Part of job should be helping clients, and a big part of home ownership, is maintenance and repair.  In this short video, I'll show how easy stucco is to repair.
